1. Worked closely with company founders and CTO to align project goals scope, create product roadmap, capture requirements, and provide UX strategy.
2. Created a scalable design system
3. Led a team of 2 designers and oversaw the entire design process for the MVP application.
4. Led design reviews with key stakeholders for feedback and progress reports.
5. Worked closely with development to handoff designs and QA implementation.
